- A: We accept all major credit cards. We also accept PayPal. Mobile customers will have the option for Apple Pay if it's enabled on their device.

- Q: Can I add music downloads to my Gremlin Shop Cart?
A: Not at this time, music downloads and physical merchandise need to be ordered separately.

- Q: Where do you ship to?
A: Worldwide.

- Q: When will I receive my merchandise?
- A: Orders should arrive within 3-5 business days. Allow up to 3 weeks for international orders. *Music downloads will be available immediately after receipt of payment.

- Q: Where's the rest of my gear?
- A: Some of the items ship separately. 

- Q: What is your return policy?
- A: All sales are final. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part, are covered at our expense. *Music downloads are NOT refundable.
